Man arrested, narcotic seized

MANGALORE, FEB. 10. The District Crime Intelligence Bureau raided a hotel here on Wednesday and arrested a man on the charge of trying to sell "charas" to students and others. The police said they recovered 650 grams of the narcotic from the arrested man, Gurudath Mallya of Boluru. The estimated value of the narcotic is Rs. 35,000. The Mangalore North Police have registered a case.
