BANGALORE, FEB. 10. The Vigilance wing of the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company has registered 35 criminal cases in raids against alleged power theft in Chikkatekalli, Doddatekalli and Bhaktharahalli villages. A press release from the Superintendent of Police, Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (Vigilance), H.S. Venkatesh, pointed out that the villages, coming under Chickaballapur vigilance police station were found to have "theft-prone installations." The raid was conducted on Tuesday.
