Joint Venture for seamless pipes

MUMBAI, FEB. 11. Maharashtra Seamless of DP Jindal group and Hydril Company LP of the U.S, have formed a joint venture, Hydril Jindal International Pvt. Ltd., for manufacturing premium connections on seamless pipe furnished by the former for the Indian and export markets.
