KOLKATA, FEB. 12. Ayush Dharewa and Amrita Mukherjee won the boys and girls under-14 singles titles respectively, in the Boost-AITA talent series junior tennis tournament, organised by the Indian Tennis Academy, at the SAI Complex here on Saturday. Third seed Ayush stunned second seed Ayush Bajoria in the title clash 6-0, 7-5, the second set being a close affair. In the girls' section, fourth seed Amrita stopped third seed Arundhuti Basu 6-2, 6-2 in a one-sided affair. Amrita also claimed a double by winning the doubles crown, partnering Arundhuti.
Boys' U-14: final: Ayush Dharewa bt Ayush Bajoria 6-0, 7-5. Doubles: Aditya Sinha/Prem Singh bt Sk. Amir/Md. Sarfaraz 6-0, 6-1.
Girls' U-14: final: Amrita Mukherjee bt Arundhuti Basu 6-2, 6-2. Doubles: Amrita Mukherjee/Arundhuti Basu bt Vaidehi Bansal/Mandovi Mullick 6-1, 6-3. Our Special Correspondent
