BANGALORE, FEB. 14. Members of the Bangalore Mahanagara Palike Noukarara Kendriya Sangha have threatened to stage a demonstration in protest against the alleged assault of a first division revenue employee by the area corporator in Jeevan Bima Nagar (Ward No 74). The members said the corporator, N. Muni Reddy, assaulted the employee, T.R. Nagaraj, a tax assessor in the revenue office of Jeevan Bima Nagar, after the latter refused to get a "khata" (possession certificate) registered for the corporator.
