NEYVELI, FEB. 15. Mohd. Abrar defeated Neeraj Elango 6-2 (conceded) in the children under-10 State-ranking final of the Neyveli Lignite City Club junior tennis tournament at the Neyveli Lignite City Club here on Tuesday.
