Big wins for MICO, Corporation Bank

BANGALORE, FEB. 15. MICO Sports Club chalked out a 122-run win over BEML Rail Coach in the KSCA second division (Group II) league. The highlight of MICO's facile win was a century by T.P. Nagaraj (107). Meanwhile, Corporation Bank humbled CIL Sports Club by 239 runs with Pramod Kamath slamming 136.

At Hutti, the Hutti Gold Mines met with mixed luck. It beat ISAC CC by 169 runs with Mallikarjuna notching up 120. But Hutti Gold Mines later lost to ASC Centre by seven wickets. ASC's Sudhakar claimed seven wickets for 39 runs.

The scores:

MICO SC 294 for seven in 50 overs (T.P. Nagaraj 107, N.V. Parmoda 51) beat BEML Rail Coach 172.

Advocates Association 313 (Sanjay Nair 92, Rajendra 72) beat NAL Staff Club 200 (Patrick 59, K.H.S. Satish five for 36).

Corporation Bank 344 for nine in 50 overs (T. Vinay 48, Pramod Kamath 136, M. Murugesh 47 n.o.) beat CIL SC 105 (Steve Lazrus four for 38).

At Hutti: Hutti Gold Mines 101 (Sudhakar seven for 39) lost to ASC Centre 102 for three.

Hutti Gold Mines 313 (Kariappa 86, Mallikarjuna 120) beat ISAC CC 144 (Balasubramani 50).
