Convention on construction industry

NEW DELHI: With a view to apprise the construction industry of the latest innovations in the field, Builders' Association of India (BAI) is holding a three-day convention here from Friday.

``Our main objective of holding this convention is to keep the construction community abreast of latest technologies, methods, equipment, alternate building material available in building and construction industry,'' said BAI President, Brahm Datt.

The `Innovating Tomorrow's World of Construction' convention would mainly focus on hydropower, environment-friendly building material, new construction techniques and methods and disaster management.
