KOCHI: The Ministry of Communications and IT has ordered all mobile phone service providers to ensure strict adherence of the process of insisting on photo identify and proof of address of all those who apply for prepaid mobile connection, says a joint release issued by BPL Mobile, Airtel and Idea here.
