Big win for SBT `A'
THIRUVANANTHAPRUAM,
FEB. 16.
State Bank of Travancore `A' scored a 352-run win over Pankajakasturi CC in the Thiruvananthapuram district A division cricket league at the Agriculture College ground here on Wednesday.
Batting first, SBT amassed 404 for six off its allotted 45 overs. Jagadeesh led the party with a blazing knock of 138. Suresh (65), P. Manoj (51) and Sony Cheruvathur (51) also joined the fun.
In reply, Pankajakasturi was bundled out for 52 off 22 overs. Jagadeesh also did the damage with the ball taking four for 6.
The scores:
SBT 404 for six in 45 overs (Jagadeesh 138, V. Suresh 65, P. Manoj 52, Sony Cheruvathur 51) bt Pankajakasturi CC 52 in 22 overs (Jagadeesh four for six, Manoj four for 26).
