Letters to the Editor
Sir, The agreement between India and Pakistan on the Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus link will be welcomed by all peace-loving people of the subcontinent. It will help hundreds of families living on both sides of the Line of Control. The leaders of the two countries are beginning to understand that peace and friendship are necessary for the progress of the region. The Berlin Wall could not stand in the way of the Germans' resolve to unite. Surely, the wall of hatred between India and Pakistan can be brought down by the people?
