Spanco pact with Aegis Communications

CHENNAI: Spanco Telesystems and Solutions has entered into an agreement with Aegis Communications group of the U.S., a worldwide transaction-based process outsourcing company, for its international call centre division. The alliance provides both companies immediate access to a broader range of support services as well as U.S. and India-based capacity.
