Ex-Presidents to visit Sri Lanka

COLOMBO: Two former U.S. Presidents, George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton, will visit Sri Lanka on February 20 and 21 as part of their tour of tsunami-affected countries. The U.S. embassy in Colombo said the visit was "at the request of the U.S. President, George W. Bush," who had asked them to "head private sector fundraising for relief" The two leaders will meet the President, Chandrika Kumaratunga, and visit the Matara district, before leaving for the Maldives.
