Stolen car seized

CHENNAI,
FEB. 17.
The city police last night recovered a stolen car and jewellery during a routine vehicle check. Yesuvudayan, who was stopped in a Tata Indica near the Ashok Pillar, has been arrested. The car and jewellery, worth Rs. 8 lakh, were stolen from Kanyakumari, police said.
Burgled
Thieves broke into the Mangadu post office on Wednesday and stole stamps worth Rs. 2,800. Mangadu police are investigating.
