TIRUCHI, FEB.17 . Over 300 delegates will participate in the two-day Southern India Regional Cost Convention - 2005, conducted by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), which commences here from tomorrow. In a press release, the Chairman of the Southern India Regional Council of the ICWAI, P. S. M. Hameed, said that scholars and experts from industry and in the fields of management, finance, law and WTO would share their expertise with the delegates.
