Hold talks, says Thankachan

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, FEB. 18. The UDF convener, P. P. Thankachan, today urged the Chief Minister, Oommen Chandy, to initiate a dialogue with the representatives of teachers and NGOs and avert the proposed strike called by them.

In a statement here today, he said that the Government should be prepared to find a solution to the reasonable demands of the employees.
