MADURAI, FEB. 19. M. Rajalingam of TVS Higher Secondary School won two golds (100 and 200m) in the Standard VIII section in the Madurai educational district world-beaters talent spotting athletic meet conducted by the Madurai unit of SDAT at the MGR Race Course Stadium here recently.
