HYDERABAD, FEB. 19. The Additional Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases, Hyderabad has convicted and sentenced N. Krishnaiah, Mandal Revenue Officer, Bethamcherla, Kurnool district, to two years' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 1,000 in a case booked against him by the Anti-Corruption Bureau officials. He was trapped by the ACB in August 1993 while accepting a bribe of Rs. 1,600 through his Revenue Inspector for issuing solvency certificates to the complainant.
