HYDERABAD, FEB. 19. A sudden `U' turn taken by a car near NTR Gardens resulted in the death of a motorist who was driving behind the car on Saturday. The victim was 19-year-old Arshad Ali Khan, a first-year hotel management student and a resident of Chanchalguda. It was around 2 p.m when Arshad, son of businessman Karram Ali Khan, was on his way back home on his motorcycle. Suddenly, the car behind which Arshad was driving took a `U' turn and Arshad lost control of his vehicle. He hit the car and in the impact was thrown on the other side of the road. A bus belonging to a school ran over his motorcycle. Arshad was rushed to Osmania Hospital where he died. The Saifabad police sub-inspector, Madhu, said cases were registered under Section 304 (A) (causing death due to negligent act) was registered against the car driver and a case of rash and negligent driving was registered against the bus driver.
