Assumes charge

PUDUKOTTAI, FEB. 20. R. Thiagarajan took charge as the Collector of Pudukottai district today. Prior to taking up the new assignment, he was the Officer on Special Duty (Computerisation), Special Commissioner and Director of Survey and Settlements.

A 1994-batch IAS officer, he had earlier served as the Collector of Sivaganga, Dindigul and Tuticorin districts.
