Sahara Samay triumphs
NEW DELHI,
FEB. 20.
Host Sahara Samay won the Sahara Sadbhavana Trophy as it beat NDTV by 10 runs in the final of the Sahara Sadbhavana cricket tournament at the Chilla Sports Complex here on Sunday.
Vikram Bhardwaj of Sahara was adjudged the `man of the tournament.' Sahara was undefeated in the tournament and had beaten NDTV in the league phase as well.
The head of operations, Sahara India Media and Entertainment, Sudhir Kumar, gave away the prizes.
The scores:
Sahara Samay 161 for nine in 30 overs bt NDTV 151 for seven in 30 overs (Amitabh Revi 56 n.o.).
