Youth found murdered
HYDERABAD,
FEB. 20.
A youngster, Janardhan, 22, was found murdered near Banda cheruvu in Neredmet police station area on Sunday. The police suspect a love affair led to the killing.
A resident of Bharatnagar in Malkajgiri, the victim was an office boy at Tirumala Music Centre, Begumpet. He fell in love with his friend Mahesh's sister, of the same locality, the Neredmet Sub-Inspector, Ramesh, said. This reportedly created a rift between Mahesh and Janardhan.
On Saturday night, Mahesh, along with his friends Potti Mahesh and Vaddera Ashok, reportedly invited Janardhan for a party when the latter was returning home from office. They took him to an isolated place and all of them consumed liquor.
When the youngster got heavily drunk, Mahesh allegedly killed him by smashing his head with a boulder.
