NEW DELHI, FEB. 21. An Aeroflot flight from Bangkok to Moscow, which was flying over India, made an emergency landing at the Indira Gandhi International Airport here this evening after the aircraft developed an unusually high pressure. The flight, SU 552, with 91 passengers and 15 crew on board, flashed a message to Air Traffic Control around 5.30 p.m. seeking permission to land. Immediately, all concerned agencies at the airport were informed and a full emergency was declared. In keeping with the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security guidelines, arrangements were made for the landing. Ambulances and fire tenders of the Airports Authority of India and the Quick Reaction Team of the Central Industrial Security Force were stationed at various strategic points. However, the aircraft landed safely at 6.45 p.m. and was taken to Bay 85 for the necessary technical checks.
