PONDICHERRY, FEB. 21. The former Madras High Court judge, David Annousamy, has called upon functionaries and volunteers of the Rotary Club to launch campaigns against corruption and administrative irresponsibilities. Addressing a meeting of the Rotary Club (Aurocity) after receiving the `for the sake of honour' award presented to him by the past District Governor, A. Alagappan, here yesterday, Dr. Annousamy said the members could establish an ideal society by functioning as champions of the poor.
