Fatally knocked down

CHENNAI, FEB. 21. A two-wheeler rider who was thrown off his vehicle after fatally knocking down a pedestrian died in hospital.

Police said Kishore Naidu (24), a software programmer, driving the two-wheeler, hit Alaya Sivam (60) of Teynampet who was crossing the road near Co-optex showroom near Teynampet today.

The Pondy Bazaar police have registered a case.
