KOCHI, FEB. 21. A four-day music and dance festival, jointly organised by the Kerala Sangeeta Nataka Akademi, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit and South Zone Cultural Centre, Thanjavur, will begin at Kalady on Tuesday. K.S. Radhakrishnan, Vice-Chancellor of the university, will inaugurate the meeting and deliver a keynote address at the function to be held at 5.30 p.m. A.P. Anilkumar, Cultural Affairs Minster, will inaugurate the festival. Seminars on dance and music, dance performance by artistes, music concerts, Chavittu natakam and Tholpavakoothu will also be held.
