Awards for Roots Industries

COIMBATORE: The Horns Division of the Roots Industries Limited here has bagged the first place of the State Safety Award for 2001 and 2002. The Tamil Nadu Government's Industry Research Division gives State Safety Award to institutions that implement safety measures to prevent accidents. Roots Industries' Component Division has bagged the third place for 2001. The awards will be given at a function in Chennai on March 4, says a release.
