Man arrested for theft at airport

NEW DELHI,
FEB. 22
.An employee of Saudi Arabian Airlines identified as M.C. Tiwari was caught allegedly pilfering from the registered baggage of a passenger at the International Terminal of Indira Gandhi International Airport here on Monday.
A search of Tiwari allegedly led to the recovery of a Yashica camera, which was wrapped in a small cotton bag. The accused disclosed that he was working for Saudi Arabian Airlines as a traffic assistant and had taken out the camera from a transit bag that had come from Saudi Arabia by Flight SV 758 and which was further being sent to Kathmandu by Flight RA 218.
The accused was handed over the IGI Airport police who lodged an FIR against him and booked him for theft.
