CHANDIGARH, FEB.23. Repolling at six polling booths in the Beri, Mewla Mahrajpur and Hassangarh constituencies of the Haryana Assembly not only passed off peacefully today but there was also a heavy voter turn-out as per preliminary reports reaching the Election Office here. It is learnt that more than 85 per cent votes were cast in Hassangarh, 77 per cent in Beri and 66 per cent in Mewla Mahrajpur. The Election Commission had ordered repolling in these booths following complaints of clashes and damaging of electronic voting machines.
