CHANDIGARH, FEB. 23. The Haryana Government has appointed R.S. Gujral, IAS, awaiting orders of posting, as Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Forests relieving L.S.M. Salins of the charge.

N. Bala Baskar, Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary,

PW (Public Health) Department has been given the additional charge of Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Finance against a vacant post, according to an official note.
