KOCHI, FEB. 24. Officers of Kochi Refineries Ltd. (KRL) today met two directors of Bharat Petroleum Corpration Ltd. (BPCL) and expressed their apprehensions about the swap ratio on the merger of KRL with BPCL. It is learnt that KRL officers, who were on a hunger strike on Thursday, met Ashok Sinha, Director, Finance, and S.A. Narayanan, Director, Human Resources, to air their protest against the swap ratio.
