BANGALORE, FEB. 24. The Public Affairs Centre will organise a "Mukha-Mukhi" programme on Friday with candidates contesting in the elections to the Bellandur Gram Panchayat on Sunday. The programme will be telecast live on City Cable Television from Bellandur village at 6 p.m. The programme is aimed at informing voters of Bellandur about their prospective candidates and the main needs and priorities for Bellandur Gram Panchayat, a statement from the centre said.
