Care hospital clarifies

HYDERABAD,
FEB. 24.
Care hospital on Thursday clarified that there was no negligence on the part of hospital doctors in connection with the death of a patient, Satyanarayana Agarwal, who was treated at the hospital. Surgery was performed on Agarwal on July 7, 2004. He died on July 30 following cardio-respiratory arrest.
In a press release, the hospital authorities stated that Satyanarayana's family had lodged a complaint with the Panjagutta police on invalid reasons. A legal notice issued by them had already been answered.
