Dry weather likely in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI, FEB. 25. Mainly dry weather prevailed over Kerala and dry weather prevailed over Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Lakshadweep.

The minimum temperature fell markedly at one or two places over north interior Tamil Nadu, fell at one or two places over north coastal Tamil Nadu, south interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema and changed little elsewhere over the region.

They were appreciably above normal at a few places over Telangana, Rayalaseema, at one or two places over north coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, above normal at a few places over coastal Andhra Pradesh, at one or two places over rest Rayalaseema, rest Tamil Nadu, south Kerala, appreciably below normal at one or two places over north interior Tamil Nadu and were generally normal over the rest of the region.Belgaum Airport recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 16 degree Celsius in the plains of the region.

FORECAST (valid until Sunday Morning): Mainly dry weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Farmers weather bulletin for Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Forecast (valid until the morning of 27th February 2005): Mainly sunny weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.
