CHENNAI, FEB. 25. Thiruvallur won the title on the basis of first innings lead in the three-day final of the TNCA-Hercules MTB Turbo Drive under-19 inter-district cricket tournament against Nagapattinam, which ended in a draw at the Chidambaram Stadium here on Friday. B. Sriram, 88 overnight, completed his century (114) as Thiruvallur, resuming its second innings at 237 for three, declared at 395 for eight. K. Sriram, who took five wickets in the first innings, scored 89. Nagapattinam was 135 for five in the second innings when play was called off after 11 mandatory overs.
