Jharkhand in final

AIZAWL, FEB. 25. Jharkhand beat host Mizoram 3-2 in a penalty shoot-out in the second semifinal of the 41st under-19 National football championship here on Friday. The teams were locked goalless in regulation time. Even the extra time failed to produce a goal. Jharkhand meets Manipur in the final on Monday. — UNI
