North Zone is champion

BANGALORE, FEB. 25. North Zone emerged champion in the Food Corporation of India inter-zonal hockey tournament at the KSHA Stadium here on Friday.

In its last league match, North defeated West 4-0 to top the league. East emerged runner-up after holding South to a goalless draw.
