Panel soon to redress cable operators' woes

HYDERABAD,
FEB. 25.
The Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, on Friday said that a committee would be formed to look into the grievances of the AP Cable Operators Association.
Addressing the gathering after inaugurating the three-day technical exhibition "Cablenet Expo Vision, 2005" organised by the association, Dr. Reddy said that the Government was aware of the problems faced by cable operators across the State.
He said he would direct the Information Minister to form the committee to sort out these problems.
The association president, Prabhakar Reddy, said the Government should take initiatives for cable operators' welfare.
The Minister for Technical Education, N. Narasimha Reddy, MP, Anjan Kumar Yadav and HUDA Chairman D. Sudheer Reddy were present.
