Driver, wife held in `rape' case

HYDERABAD,
FEB. 25.
A car driver, Sanjay, of Parsiguda, who befriended a minor girl, an Intermediate student, allegedly raped her and got the act photographed by his wife forcing the victim to silently suffer the sexual assault repeatedly. The crime was revealed on Friday by the driver's wife, Rajitha.
Based on a complaint lodged by the girl's family members, the Chilakalaguda police took the couple into custody, the Gopalapuram ACP, Mohd. Tajuddin, said.
The ACP quoted Rajitha as saying that her husband used to beat her and threaten to kill her if she did not cooperate with him.
