Vellore records 16{+o}C CHENNAI, FEB. 27. Dry weather prevailed over Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

The minimum temperature rose markedly at one or two places over Telangana, rose at one or two places over Coastal Karnataka, fell appreciably at one or two places over South Tamil Nadu, fell at one or two places over rest Tamil Nadu, South Interior Karnataka and changed little elsewhere over the region.

They were appreciably above normal at one or two places over Interior Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, appreciably below normal at one or two places over Tamil Nadu, below normal at one or two places over rest of Tamil Nadu and were generally normal over the rest of the region.

Vellore recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 16 degree Celsius in the plains of the region.

FORECAST (valid until Tuesday Morning): Mainly dry weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Farmers weather bulletin for Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Forecast (valid until Tuesday morning): Mainly sunny weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.
