NEW DELHI, FEB. 28. The BJP and the JD (U) leaders late tonight decided to give a letter to the Bihar Governor, Buta Singh, tomorrow saying that, as the largest pre-poll alliance, they should be consulted before any party is invited to form the next government.

The NDA MLAs, led by the BJP State unit president, Gopal Narayan Singh, and the JD (U) State unit president, Brijendra Yadav, will submit the letter, signed by 94 NDA MLAs and six independent MLAs.
