The Collector praised the services rendered by the NGOs in providing relief assistance to the people in the tsunami-hit areas. S. Alexander, founder and Manoharan Arthur, founder and director respectively of the CARD, Mrs. Indirani Rajadurai, Director of Help Age India, explained the social welfare activities of their NGOs.
