PONDICHERRY, MARCH 1. The Pondicherry Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, today left for New Delhi to appraise the high command of the political developments. When contacted by The Hindu , he said he would present the petition received from Ministers and legislators seeking action against the former Minister P. Kannan, for his "anti-party activities." Mr. Rangasamy said he would meet the Congress president, Sonia Gandhi, and also the party observer for Pondicherry, Ambika Soni.
