Rangasamy leaves for Delhi

PONDICHERRY, MARCH 1. The Pondicherry Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, today left for New Delhi to appraise the high command of the political developments.

When contacted by The Hindu , he said he would present the petition received from Ministers and legislators seeking action against the former Minister P. Kannan, for his "anti-party activities."

Mr. Rangasamy said he would meet the Congress president, Sonia Gandhi, and also the party observer for Pondicherry, Ambika Soni.
