Behuria takes over as IOC Chairman

NEW DELHI,
MARCH 1
. Sarthak Behuria today took charge as the Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), the country's largest oil refining and marketing company. He was earlier Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL).
He will also be part-time Chairman of the Indian Oil group of companies, namely, Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), IBP, Bongaingaon Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (BRPL) besides Indian Oiltanking Limited, a joint venture company. A company release says, he will also continue to be Chairman of Petroleum Federation of India, a position that he is holding now.
