NAAC accords `A' grade to college

ANANTAPUR, MARCH 1. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council has accorded `A' grade to the Government Degree College, popularly known as Arts College, here.

According to the college principal, Y. Thimmappa, their college is the first college to get grade `A' from the NAAC in the Rayalaseema region.

Only the Government College at Rajahmundry and the City College at Hyderabad were given the similar rating by the NAAC in the State so far.
