Talent test toppers' list announced

HYDERABAD,
MARCH 1.
Narayana Concept Schools has announced the list of toppers in the talent test conduced for schoolchildren for the classes of sixth and 10th.
Toppers were given a computer each by Narayana, chairman of the institutions. The toppers were: M. Chaitra Lakshmi (6th class), Poturi Rohit and G. Akhilesh (7th), N.V.S. Ravi Teja (8th), K. Pavan Rohit (9th) and B. Sandhya (10th).
Consolation prizes were also announced. Over 15,000 students appeared for the test in the city.
V-C's suggestion
The Osmania University Vice-Chancellor, Suleiman Siddiqui, has suggested institution of a gold medal in honour of late Mohd. Fasiuddin, former president of Students Union, Arts College, in the department of Urdu.
Delivering the first Fasiuddin memorial lecture here, he recalled the services of late Fasiuddin for the welfare of student community.
