Somani Cement bags Iraq order
NEW DELHI: Somani Cement Company said that it had bagged an export order to Iraq valued at Rs. 33.20 crores. The order is for a leading company based in Iraq and it would be executed within fiscal 2005-06, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company said it also planned to set up a new cement plant at Mahuva in Gujarat with a capacity of 2,500 tonnes per day. The plant would involve an investment of Rs. 20 crores, it added. — PTI
