High Court stays sub-court order

KOCHI,
MARCH 2.
The Kerala High Court today stayed the Kozhikode sub-court's order appointing an advocate commissioner for inspecting the accounts and taking inventory of all assets of S.N. Trust and all further proceedings in the suit.
Justice Pius C. Kuriakose passed the order on a petition filed by the S.N. Trust and its general secretary, Vellappally Natesan. The sub-court had issued the order on a suit filed by O. Kumaran and another person. The sub-court had also directed the commissioner to submit a report before the court on March 15.
The suit had sought to remove Mr. Natesan from the post and also a declaration that Mr. Natesan was not entitled to hold any post in the S.N. Trust.
