BANGALORE, MARCH 3. Regional Sports Board (RSB), Kochi, retained the all India civil services basketball championship for the seventh successive year. It outclassed RSB, Jaipur, in a one-sided final 69-49 at the Sree Kanteerava stadium indoor court, here on Thursday evening. With a good sprinkling of international and national stars, the Kochi side went on the rampage right from the start and took a handy lead. Subash Shenoy and Raja Tommy enabled RSB Kochi go 21-11 up at the end of the first quarter and 37-19 at the halfway mark. The result: Final: RSB, Kochi, 69 (Subash Shenoy 24, Raja Tommy 17, Vivek 11) bt RSB, Jaipur, 49 (Ashok Kumar 20) (Ht: 37-19). Our Sports Reporter
