BANGALORE, MARCH 3. This weekend Bangalore will get more than its fair share of fabulous cultural performances. On Sunday, Vision India Foundation in association with the Head, Heart, and Healing campaign, organised by social activist, Rajeev Sethi, is hosting a fusion concert featuring Ustad Amjad Ali Khan and his two sons, Amaan and Ayaan Ali Bangash and tabla player Talvin Singh. The concert, Ek Taal, which begins at 6 p.m., is a fundraiser to help re-build the lives of people affected by the tsunami. Paintings of Lord Ganesh by Ayaan Ali will be displayed at Reva Gallery at Taj Residency. One of the paintings will also be auctioned to help raise funds for the cause.
